2022 New Maruti Grand Vitara Unveiled, Rebadged Toyota Hyryder It Is-
We have the 2022 new Maruti Grand Vitara revealed ahead of its official launch due later in the month of September. Since this would maruti’s most premium and expensive product for the Indian market, toh iss gaadi mein sab advanced features and premium touches diye gaye hain. New Maruti Grand Vitara Revealed: All Details-
Starting with the exterior toh sabse major difference aapko dekhne milega woh hain front grille which has been taken from the new European spec Suzuki S-Cross. Apart from the front grille every other design elements have been kept same just like the Toyota Hyryder. Front end mein it gets split headlamp setup jiss mein on top LED DRLs dekhne ko milenge and below that LED headlamp units. Both the LED DRLs are connected with a thick chrome grille with Suzuki logo at the centre.
Side profile se agar gaadi ko dekhe toh, firstly we notice is the stance of the SUV. It is 4.3 meters in length which means yeh gaadi strong competition degi to the current segment leaders like Creta, Seltos, Kushaq etc. It gets squared black cladding on the wheel arches and the door panels. Beneath cladding we can see the sloping roofline, 17-inches diamond cut alloy wheels, blacked out ORVMs, dual tone paint scheme with roof in gloss black, roof rails etc.
Now coming to the rear end of the new Maruti Grand Vitara, toh it has been given a very sleek look with the C-shaped LED tail lamps, thick chrome strip extending across the tail gate with the Toyota badge, unconventionally placed side indicator and reverse lamp, black faux bash plate under the rear bumper, rear wiper and washer, high mount stop lamp, roof mounted spoiler etc.
Now coming on to the interior of this compact SUV, which according to us looks very premium and plush at first glance. And this time Maruti Suzuki ne apne aap ko hee wrong prove kardiya hain by offering so many modern features and specially a sunroof and that too a panoramic one.

Engine options ki agar baat kare toh Maruti Grand Vitara mein same engine option available hoga in two tunings. First one will be the 1.5-litre K15 mild hybrid engine with small Li-ion battery and yeh engine tuning produce karega 102 PS ki max. power and 135 Nm ka max. torque mated to 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
There’s one more surprise with this engine tuning which is the option of all wheel drive powertrain (Suzuki All Grip) jo offer karega Suzuki with 5-speed manual gearbox. Second engine tuning hain 1.5-litre K15 engine with self charging electric motor with the electric motor yeh engine produce karega 116 PS ki total max. power and with the electric motor on board Hyryder is capable of running 40% of distance and 60% of time on electric (EV) or zero emission mode mated with an e-drive transmission system.
