Now talking about the reason behind this temporary closure of bookings, Toyota kirloskar Motor ne yeh official statement release kari stating the main reason behind this closure:
“We are delighted with the overwhelming response that the Hilux has received from our customers within a fortnight of its launch. However, in light of various factors impacting our supply, we are unable to meet the heightened demand. Thus, we deeply regret our temporary halt of bookings for the Hilux with a view to avoid any further inconvenience to our customers. We will continue our best efforts to resume the Hilux bookings at the soonest possible opportunity, with our aim to provide the best customer experience.”
What we are assuming by this statement is maybe Toyota Kirloskar Motor ne initally Indian market ke liye kuch limited number of Hilux order kari hongi, because anyways yeh gaadi yaha manufacture nahi hogi it will come as a CKD unit. So maybe demand ke according Hilux ke units enough nahi plan kiye honge and then shayad isliye yeh temporary bookings ko stop karne ka decision liya gaya hoga.
