Today, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India launched the all-new OBD2-compliant 2023 New Honda Activa 125. New Honda Activa 125 offer kari jayegi in four variants, base variant gets the drum brakes then the mid variant is the drum alloy variant jo equipped hain with alloy wheels but with drum brakes, next up is the disc variant which gets both alloy wheels and disc brake for the front tyre, lastly, top end variant hain H-Smart variant which is equipped with alloy wheels, front disc brake and Honda’s new technology H-Smart.

New Honda Activa 125 Launched WIth OBD2 Compliance: All Details-

Starting with the major update in the Activa 125, toh engine mein tuning kari gayi hain to make it comply the new OBD2 norms. Yeh new version powered hain by the Honda’s trusted 125cc PGM-FI engine, boosted by enhanced smart power. Yeh enhanced smart power ek performance accelerator to the engine hain it optimises energy output by maximising efficient combustion and minimising friction with a silent start & smooth eco-friendly engine.

New Honda Activa 125 ke engine mein multiple technologies hain like, unique Honda ACG starter jo jolt free engine start provide karta hain via the same AC generator jo use hota hain to generate current and charge the battery while riding. This eliminates the need for a conventional starter motor, thus, there are no gear meshing noises. Secondly, programmed fuel injection technology ensure karta hain right amount of fuel in the cylinder based on specific engine data and constant feedback from the 6 intelligent sensors.

Thirdly, engine equipped hain with tumble flow technology which produces tumble flow by optimizing inlet port shape and using reverse flow phenomenon, without adding additional components leading to combustion improvisation. Lastly, it is the friction reduction tech which consists of offset cylinders, compact weight crankshaft and optimized piston jo reduce karte hain overall engine friction. Optimized weight results in improved fuel efficiency.

Features ki agar baat kare toh, new Honda Activa 125 comes equipped with fuel efficient tyres, side stand with engine inhibitor, digital analog instrument cluster jo provide karta hain information like total trip, clock, ECO indicator and service due indicator and other fuel efficiency related information.

H-Smart technology new Honda Active 125 ke top end variant mein offer kiya jayega, iss technology ke saath enhanced safety features like, smart find, smart unlock, smart start and smart safe function. Apart from H-Smart functions, disc and alloy wheel variant mein engine start/stop switch diya gaya hain which can be used to start the engine when pressed downwards and acts as an engine kill switch when pressed upward.

It also comes equipped with two lid fuel opening system, 18-litre under seat storage space. H-Smart variant equipped hain with lock mod which facilitates 5 in 1 function (lock handle, ignition OFF, fuel lid open, seat open & ignition ON) without the need to insert physical key. Passing switch provide karta hain convenience of controlling high beam/low beam & passing signal from one single switch.

Electronics ki list mein new Honda Activa 125 gets LED headlamp, LED position lamp and halogen turn indicators. Front end mein diya gaya hain telescopic suspension and rear mein diya gaya hain 3-step adjustable suspension. New Honda Activa 125 comes equipped with combi-brake system with equalizer and tubeless frictionless tyres.
