Hyundai Motor India Ltd. announced the commencement of the bookings of the 2024 new Hyundai Creta, interested buyers can book their unit with a token amount of Rs.25,000. Starting from the exterior design, new Hyundai Creta ka front fascia heavily update kiya gaya hain and now it looks more sharper and sleek. Although the split headlamp-DRL setup continues to dominate the front profile but abb headlamps ka new unit dekhne ko milega which is a complete LED setup. Now the LED DRLs are connected across the bonnet somewhat like what we get to see in the new Hyundai Verna but pretty distinctive from the Verna as well.
Front grille mein Black Chrome treatment has been given to the rectangular shaped inserts which goes well with the overall squarish concept of the front fascia. Front bumper mein silver finish di gayi hain bottom part par with a mix of Black plastic elements on the sides.
Rear profile ki agar baat kare toh, again connected LED tail lamps ka concept yaha par bhi follow kiya gaya hain and overall the tail lamps are newly shaped and have been put in place according to the new design language of the SUV. Rear bumper par bhi silver faux bash plate finish dekhi jaa sakti hain which definitely reduces the overall bulk of the rear profile but also provides rugged feels to the SUV.
Coming inside the new Hyundai Creta, toh we can only see the dashboard layout from the side angle in the teased images and video. From the first looks, interior looks a bit more premium and luxurious with the addition of single unit display screen for both instrument cluster and infotainment unit, yahi similar kind of setup new Kia Seltos mein bhi dekhne ko milta hain. Steering wheel could be the same what we get in the current iteration but definitely controls/buttons extra dekhne ko mil sakte hain.
Coming right below the infotainment system, we can see the fully touch enabled digital temperature control unit. From the looks of it, it definitely looks much more tech savvy but practicality would still remain a question until we get our hands on it. Overall the the screens have been upgraded and layout has been updated, apart from that there was not much that this SUV was lacking, hence we don’t really expect anything extra.
Engine options ki agar baat kare toh, it is going to be the same options apart from one new engine option. 2024 new Hyundai Creta is going to get the 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine, new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine and the naturally aspirated 1.5-litre petrol engine. Transmission options are going to be 6-speed manual, 6-speed auto, IVT automatic and 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission options.
