By the word blackstorm, it’s justified that it will be a black edition or the dark edition of the already promising EV. What’s new is the all-blacked-out exteriors and interiors. MG is calling it ‘Starry Black’. Also, the vehicle is now made to look more premium.
They have added a red stitch wherever possible to give it a more premium appeal. The word Blackstorm is embroidered in red on the leatherette seats, which provides a more premium experience. Also, the nameplate is carved in dark chrome.
The Internet Inside emblem is finished in black. So overall a pretty aggressive and rowdy look is being given to the teeny-tiny street smart EV.
MG Comet Blackstorm: Features
The music system on Comet Blackstorm is also updated. It now comes equipped with 4 speakers to make your rides a little smoother by introducing good music. The performance of the speakers is to be commented on later when we drive and experience the car.
This new edition comes equipped with a 17.4 kWh battery pack that supports fast charging. MG promises to deliver a range of around 230 Kilometers with the new Blackstorm edition, however, we can expect a practical range of about 150 Kms.
It also comes with an exclusive accessory pack. The new accessory pack includes a unique badge, wheel covers, and optional styling elements like hood branding and skid plates.
