BMW Motorrad India launched the first ever BMW G310RR in India and India pehli market hain to welcome the third and latest member of the highly successful BMW 310 model series. Yeh new BMW G310RR available hogi at all BMW Motorrad dealerships across India from today itself. BMW G310RR ko jointly develop kiya gaya hain by BMW Motorrad cooperation partner TVS Motor company India and locally produce kari jayegi in India along with BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS by TVS Motor Company in Hosur.
BMW G310RR ko launch kiya gaya hain at a starting price of Rs.2.85 lakh ex-showroom but since yeh motorcycle offer kari jayegi in two variants so top end variant ka price is Rs.2.99 lakh ex-showroom. Base variant is the BMW G310RR and top end is the G310RR style sport.
New BMW G310RR Launched: All Details-
Launch event pe BMW Group India ke President, Mr. Vikram Pawah ka kehna kuch iss prakar tha: “The first ever BMW G310RR is the sportiest and the most desirable sports bike in the sub 500 cc class. This bike proudly inherits the original road racing genes that have fascinated sports bike enthusiasts with unlimited adrenaline rush on tarmac. With the combination of a stunning superbike design and modern technology, it is an ultimate riding machine- your best companion on racetracks and city roads alike. With the RR, you never stop challenging”.
BMW G310RR ka aerodynamic design makes an extremely sporty appearance with its road racing DNA. It gets a full fairing and RR branding and graphics. Bike ke design mein use kiya gaya light material, aerodynamic full fairing and intelligent dimensions provide karte hain iss entry level sports bike ko agile and precise handling offer karta hain. Thanks to the ram air intake, the oncoming air flow in ideally used and the gill vents ensure that the hot air is channelled away from the engine.
New BMW G310RR ke front fascia ko aggressive look diya gaya hain with full LED headlamp unit, large transparent visor and pure black black handlebars. The entire fly line is front wheel oriented, the dynamic front, tank hugging seating position and a pulled up short rear visually underline closeness to the racetrack. Other attention to detail design elements mein included hain: standard gold upside down forks, aluminium swingarm, handlebars with controls, red coloured trellis frame, upswept exhaust etc.
Performance ki agar baat kare toh BMW G310RR is powered by the same 312.2 cc single cylinder engine jo ata hain with water cooling technology and produce karta hain 34PS ki max. power in track mode and 25.8 PS ki max. power in rain/urban mode and 27.3 Nm ka max. torque at track/sports mode and 25 Nm ka max. torque at rain/urban mode mated to a 6-speed transmission unit. Top speed ki jaha tak baat aati hain toh BMW G310RR ki top speed hain 160 kmph in track/sports mode and 125 kmph in rain/urban mode.
Now coming to the features and equipment on offer, new BMW G310RR get the following: anti-hopping clutch, LED turn indicators, LED tail lamp unit, cast aluminium wheels, dual channel BMW Motorrad ABS, 4 riding modes (urban, rain, track and sports), 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with important info, infotainment control switch etc.
New BMW G310RR available hogi in two colour options, first one is the signature BMW colour scheme which is the combination of White, Blue and Red with sporty graphics and the second colour option is the Black storm metallic.
