The all new version of BMW Motorrad’s heavily popular super sport bike, the S1000 RR ko India mein launch kiya jaa chuka hain as a completely built-up unit. Yeh new bike available hogi for bookings throughout the BMW Motorrad dealer network in India and deliveries ki agar baat kare toh it will commence from February 2023 onwards. New BMW S1000 RR ko launch kiya gaya hain in three variants jo hain standard S1000 RR priced at Rs.20.25 lakh, S1000 RR Pro priced at Rs.22.15 lakh and the top spec S1000 RR Pro M Sport variant priced at Rs.24.45 lakh. BMW S1000 RR Launched In India: Complete Details-

Design se start kare toh, 100 percent new design of the RR impresses with its extremely compact layout and super-sporty appeal that creates perfect harmony for the road and racetrack. Front fascia ko completely revamp kiya gaya hain with a higher windscreen, side winglets, side winglets and partitioning of the lower triple clamp. Yeh sab hee elements bike ki aerodynamics ko optimise karenge and help karenge in maintaining high speeds.

Newly added M winglets generate karte hain aerodynamic downforce and thus additional load on front wheel as well. Apart from this, winglets ki other advantages bhi hai new S1000 RR mein as it will reduce the bike’s tendency to do a wheelie, increase cornering stability and help achieve faster lap times. Tail section mein redesigning work se bike lighter and sportier lagti hain and new changes at the rear also include the hump cover for pillion seat in ‘monoposto’ look which is an optional accessory and a shorter, detachable license plate holder.

Engine ki agar baat kare toh, BMW S1000 RR is powered by an advanced 4-cylinder water/oil cooled engine with BMW shiftcam technology. Yeh engine hain 999cc engine jo produce karta hain 210 hp at 13,750 rpm which is 3 hp more than the previous model. Despite increase in peak power output, usable engine speed range bhi abb broad ho chuki hain with a max. engine speed of 14,600 rpm. New airbox ko diya gaya hain on the M RR feature karti hain variable intake funnels jo optimise karte hain charge change and power generation especially at higher engine speeds.

This powerful engine is mated to 6-speed gearbox jo allow karte hain ease of engagement, no slippage and precise shifts. BMW S1000 RR equipped hain with anti-hopping clutch with self reinforcement jo reduce karta hain engine braking and increase karta hain safety especially during braking manoeuvres with simultaneous downshifts. BMW S1000 RR mein diye gaye hain four riding modes jo hain, Rain, Road, Dynamic and Race, baaki optional ‘Pro Modes’ offer karte hain modes like Race Pro 1, Race Pro 2 and Race Pro 3 additionally. Other special equipment on offer is launch control, pit lane limiter, hill start control pro, dynamic traction control, new steering angle sensor etc.

Chassis bhi iss motorcycle ki advanced and improvised narrow ‘flex frame’ jo bani hain aluminium offer karti hain optimised flexibility laterally. New suspension geometry improve karti hain riding precision, target accuracy and clearer feedback from the front wheel. Further yeh super sport motorcycle can be equipped with electronically controlled Dynamic Damping Control.
