Citroen India has come up with second product for the Indian market which is the new Citroen C3 sub compact SUV. Citroen ka yeh product already global market mein on sale hain and in fact unlike the other imported brands in India, Citroen Indian market ke liye specially koi car nahi design kar raha hain. Its the models jo already sale par hain wahi sab models India mei laaye jaa rahe hain. Its just Citroen ko apni jiss gaadi mein potential dikhta hain for the Indian market wahi car they are bringing in.
Citroen C5 Aircross SUV kuch khaas successful nahi rahi due to its high pricing and lack of India specific features in that price point, but C3 se Citroen must expecting a lot because iss gaadi ka price will still be in reach for mass buyers. Technically yeh gaadi compete karegi with KIA Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Brezza, Kiger and Magnite etc. although Citroen C3 ko compact SUV ke name se nahi launch karega it will be a hatchback with a twist.

Overall stance Citroen C3 ka is inspired from Citroen C5 Aircross with all those curvy edges all over the body, design ki agar baat kare toh its quite pleasing and in the sub 4-meter segment yeh gaadi kaafi funky appeal degi. On the front it gets a trendy split headlamps setup with LED DRLs placed over the main headlamps, Citroen logo has been cleanly integrated into the bonnet connecting both the headlamps.
Side profile ki agar baat kare toh black body cladding dekhne ko milegi all around the car with silver finish beneath, C3 gets a set of dual tone alloy wheels with funky design. Rear end mein iss gaadi ki tail lamps are wrapped around with Citroen logo and C3 badging sitting in the middle of. the tail gate. Rear lower bumper mein bhi thick body cladding dekhne ko milegi with silver finish.
Citroen C3 Interior Design-
New Citroen C3 ka interior is again representing the overall theme of the car jo exterior mein bhi dekhne ko milti hain. Central panel of dashboard has been given bright colour treatment, and wahi similar colour ke treatment mein side AC vents bhi dekhne ko milenge. 10-inch Central touchscreen is a free standing system jiss mein almost sab hee smartphone enabled features milenge like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Below the touchscreen AC vents place kiye gaye hain with controls given in rotating dial format.
Citroen C3 Engine-
Citroen C3 mein two engine options on offer honge, first one will be the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine jo produce karega 82 bhp ki max. power with an ARAI claimed mileage figure of 19.8 kmpl mated with only 5-speed manual transmission on offer. Second engine option on offer hoga for the enthusiasts as it will the 1.2-litre turbo charged petrol engine, and yeh engine produce karega 110 bhp ki max. power with a rather good fuel efficiency figure of 19.4 kmpl mated with only 6-speed manual transmission option. Yeh gaadi completely ek sub 4-meter compact SUV ke tagline ke saath sell nahi ki jayegi instead it would a hatchback with a good amount of ground clearance figure of 180 mm.
Launch and bookings ki agar baat kare toh, Citroen C3 ki bookings start hongi from 1st July 2022 and official launch scheduled hain on 20th July 2022.
