Honda Cars Experienced Decline In Sales In June 2023, Only sold 5,080 Units-

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), one of the leading manufacturers of premium cars in India, registered monthly domestic sales of 5,080 units in June 2023. The export numbers for Honda Cars India stood at 2,112 units in June’23. Yeh dono hee figures kaafi disappointing rahe because last year June 2022 mein Honda ne 7,834 units ki sale kari thi in the Indian market domestically, whereas export figures stood at 2,502 units last year same month.

Iss mauke par, HCIL ke Director, Marketing and Sales, Mr. Yuichi Murata ka kehna tha kuch iss prakar: “Our sales in June are in line with our projections and met our planned targets. After the global unveiling of our latest SUV for India Honda Elevate last month, we are getting overwhelming interest for the new model. We will soon commence the prelaunch booking for Elevate and it will be launched during festive season.”

Exterior se start kare toh, Elevate ka front fascia kaafi bold and aggressive rakha gaya hain with sharp character lines on the hood of the SUV, Honda’s signature large front grille flanked by completely LED headlamps, and even the fog lamps are LED units which is a worthy addition. Honda Elevate is powered by the 1.5-litre i-VTEC 4-cylinder petrol engine jo capable hain to produce 121 PS ki max. power and 145 Nm ka max. torque, Honda claims that with this engine Honda Elevate is going to offer a drive high on fuel efficiency, low on emissions and spirited driving performance. Transmission options mein there is going to be a 6-speed manual unit and a 7-speed CVT automatic transmission unit on offer.
