Hyundai Grand Creta (Alcazar) 7-Seater SUV Launched In South Africa-
Hyundai automotive South Africa has launched its new 7-seater SUV in South Africa which is the new Hyundai Grand Creta (Alcazar) jiski price range start hogi from 449,900 Rand (23 lakh INR) and will go upto 559,900 Rand (28.99 lakh INR). Hyundai Grand Creta India mein sell kari jaati hain under the brand name of Alcazar which is also available in several Mexican markets. Hyundai Grand Creta mein everything is same like the Alcazar, it is also being offered in both 6 and 7-seater configuration with almost similar list of equipment of offer.
Hyundai Grand Creta (Alcazar) Is Powered By Both Petrol And Diesel Engines-
Hyundai Grand Creta is basically an extended version of the 5-seater car Creta. Yeh gaadi 200 mm longer in terms of overall length and 150 mm longer in wheelbase hain in comparison to the normal Creta. Similar to the Alcazar in India, Hyundai Grand Creta as well has been built on company’s new K2 platform jiss par Creta and sister brand KIA Seltos bhi based hain.
Similar to what the Hyundai Alcazar gets in India, Hyundai ne Grand Creta mein bhi same engine options offer kiye hain. First one is the 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine jo produce karta hain 159 PS ki max. power and 191 Nm ka max .torque. Second engine option hain 1.5-litre diesel engine jo produce karta hain 115 PS ki max. power and 250 Nm ka max. torque. Both these engines get an option of two transmission choices of both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic units.
Hyundai Grand Creta ki mileage figures haven’t been revealed yet but since yeh gaadi Hyundai Alcazar hain, so we have the claimed mileage figures for Alcazar jo hain 14.5 kmpl for the manual petrol engine, 14.2 kmpl for the automatic petrol engine, 20.4 kmpl for the manual diesel engine and lastly 18.1 kmpl for the automatic diesel engine.
Talking about the list of equipment on offer, toh it is all similar to the Hyundai Alcazar in India. Hyundai Grand Creta ke exterior mein sab design elements are same with features like Signature cascading dark chrome front grille, Tri-beam LED headlamps, LED DRLs, LED Fog lamps, 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, honey-comb inspired LED tail lamps, floating roof design with roof rails, puddle lamps with Hyundai logo projection, etc. have been kept the same.
On the inside Hyundai Grand Creta gets , leather wrapped flat bottom steering wheel, 10.25-inch multi information display, 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ambient lighting with 64 colour options, 8-speaker premium BOSE sound system, voice enabled panoramic sunroof etc.
