Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. ne apne two new products India ke biggest automotive show Auto Expo 2023 mein unveil kiye and from that time itself, dono hee products ko immense response mila hain from the audience in terms of advanced bookings. Auto Expo 2023 se hee Maruti Jimny and Maruti Fronx ki bookings start kardi gayi thi and deliveries officially start hongi from May and April respectively. Out of these 20,000 bookings, 15,000 bookings toh sirf Maruti Jimny 5-door ki register hui hain whereas the remaining amount of bookings are for the Fronx.
New Maruti Jimny And Fronx: Complete Details-
Maruti Jimny 5-door is sirf single engine option which is the 1.5-litre 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine jo produce karta hain 104.8 PS ki max. power and 134.2 Nm ka max. torque is on offer. Transmission options mein MSIL ne option diya hain between 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission unit. This 4-speed torque convertor unit is the old unit jo Maruti Suzuki offer karta hain apni cars mein before the recent introduction of 6-speed torque convertor unit.
Off-road capabilities bhi iss gaadi ki kaafi impressive hogi because it has got so many off-road aids, Jimny equipped hain with Suzuki’s AllGrip Pro with low range transfer gear, ladder on frame chassis, 36 degree approach angle, 50 degree departure angle, 24 degree breakover angle, 3-link rigid axle type with coil spring for front and rear suspension and a kerb weight of around 1200 kg which is definitely going to help the vehicle overcome many surface obstacles.

Second engine option is the 1.0-litre turbo K series petrol engine jo produce karta hain 100 PS ki max. power and 147.6 Nm ka max. torque mated to 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic (torque convertor) transmission unit.
Coming inside the new Maruti Fronx, definitely the complete dashboard layout borrow kiya gaya hain from the new Baleno. Just like the new Baleno, Fronx ka bhi interior feels plush as it is equipped with dual tone scheme and soft touch material.
