Hyundai Motor India Ltd. today announced the launch of facelift of their premium hatchback, it is the new Hyundai i20 facelift. It is a minor facelift and mostly exterior mein subtle changes and interior mein thode upgrades diye gaye hain for a refreshed feel inside and an enhanced road presence from outside the hatchback. Major surprising information about the the new Hyundai i20 facelift is that there are no variants with the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine on offer. This hints that Hyundai could be looking at limiting the turbo engine to the N Line version only.

Starting from the exterior of the new Hyundai i20 facelift, front fascia mein updated headlamps with complete LED setup dekhne ko milega instead of the LED projector setup jo existing version mein diya jata hain, additionally minor changes to the front bumper and grille have been done with the replacement of fog lamps with air dams. Not offering fog lamps seems like it has been become a trend for the Korean car maker lately, it seems like they are smartly cutting on cost while pretending it to be a part of the design language.

Features like automatic climate control, D-cut leather wrapped steering wheel, digital instrument cluster, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, voice commands, electric sunroof with voice recognition, Hyundai Bluelink connected car tech, puddle lamps, automatic headlamps etc.
Engine options ki agar baat kare toh as we mentioned above now there are only one engine option on offer, it is the 1.2-litre 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine jo produce karta hain 82 hp ki max. power and 115 Nm ka max. torque. Transmission options mein offer kiye jaa rahe hain 5-speed manual transmission unit and IVT for automatic transmission option.
In terms of safety features, 6-airbags abb standard offer kiye jayenge across the complete line up. Other features are electronic stability control, dynamic control, ABS with EBD, hill assist control, vehicle stability management etc.
