New Toyota Rumion Officially Debuts In India Boasts 20.51 Km/l Fuel Efficiency, Also Offered In CNG-
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), today announced the launch of its latest offering, the All New Toyota Rumion – a new compact MPV boasting of unmatched space, excellent fuel efficiency in a stylish and premium new family car. Already a frontrunner in Indian MPV segment, the launch of this seven-seater is expected to further boost Toyota’s presence in the market. New Toyota Rumion Revealed In India: Complete Details-

Nothing more than that, Toyota Rumion mein as such koi major changes ya upgrades nahi kiye gaye it just gets new set of alloy wheels, a bit different front fascia and the rear end.
Starting from the exterior design and styling cues, front fascia recently hee update kiya gaya tha Toyota Rumion ka and looks like they tried to give it a look of a mini Innova. It gets a large front grille with Toyota logo, wide air intake on the bumper with chrome lining, sculpted bumper with fog lamp housing and other Maruti Ertiga borrowed elements like the same headlamps with halogen projector headlamps, character lines on the bonnet etc.
On the side profile it gets new set of diamond cut alloy wheels, LED turn indicators on the ORVMs, character line on the door panels, chrome outside door handles etc. Coming on to the rear profile, everything has been kept unchanged other than the Toyota logo. It gets the same Maruti Ertiga style LED tail lamps, chrome on the tail gate above the number plate housing, reflectors on the rear bumper, rear wiper and washer etc.
Talking about the specifications, Toyota Rumion is powered by the same 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine jo produce karta hain 104 PS ki max. power at 6000 rpm and 136 Nm ka max.torque at 4400 rpm mated to 5-speed manual and four speed automatic torque convertor gearbox. Iss engine ke saath Maruti Suzuki jo hybrid technology deti hain exactly similar way mein Toyota Rumion mein bhi Hybrid start/stop technology provide kari gayi hain.
With this engine, Toyota claim kar raha hain that with the petrol engine Rumion offer karegi 20.11 kmpl ki fuel efficiency with manual transmission and 20.51 kmpl with the automatic unit. CNG engine ke saath this figure goes up to 26.11 km/kg with manual gearbox which is the only transmission option with CNG.
Interior and features on offer ki baat kare toh, Toyota Rumion mein bhi Maruti Suzuki ka smart touchscreen infotainment system milta hain under Toyota’s brand name. It gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, engine push start/stop button, automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, cruise control, paddle shifters, auto headlamps with escort function, steering mounted controls etc.
For safety, Toyota Rumion mein diye gaye hain following safety features: dual front airbags, front seat side airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, ESP, hill hold assist, engine immobiliser, rear parking sensors, rear parking camera, front fog lamps, ISOFIX child seat mounts, seat belt reminder with buzzer, high speed alert system, speed sensitive door lock, security alarm, central locking etc.
