New Tata Punch ko 5-star mile hain in adult occupant protection and 4-star rating in child occupant protection in crash test.
New Tata Punch hain abb third car from the proud Indian brand after Altroz jisko January 2020 mein and Tata Nexon jisko December 2018 mein 5-star rating mili thi from Global NCAP. Tata Motors ki iss new sub compact SUV mein following safety features are on offer:
Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD and corner stability control, brake sway control, front fog lamp with cornering function, child seat ISOFIX anchor points, perimetric alarm, reverse parking camera, tyre puncture repair kit and extensive use of high strength steel.
Punch mein brake sway control segment first safety feature hain jo basically detect kar leta hain tendency of instability during abrupt braking before the ABS kicks in to avoid vehicle swaying from the driving path.
Apart from the safety features, Punch is powered by 1.2L Revotron naturally aspirated petrol engine jo produce karta hain 86 PS ki max. power and 113 Nm ka max. torque mated to both 5-speed manual and AMT units.
