Yeh initiative Volvo ne specifically Indian market ke liye introduce kiya hain, under this scheme gaadi ke parts bought after the standard period of warranty and installed at an authorized workshop ko milegi lifetime warranty. This unique industry first scheme illustrate karta hain Volvo ki commitment to ensure carefree and secure car ownerships jo own karenge Volvo Cars here in India.
This customer lifetime part warranty applicable hoga on the genuine spare parts jo purchase kiye gaye honge from 1st October 2021 onwards and installed at authorised Volvo workshop. It commences on the date of purchase of the part and remains till the time the ownership of the car doesn’t change, and iss scheme ke under both labour charges and part charges are covered.

On the announcement of this new initiative, Volvo Cars India ke Managing Director Jyoti Malhotra ka kehna kuch iss prakar tha:
“It is for the first time in India that such an initiative has been offered to the luxury customers. This is a unique offer in the automotive industry that gives the customer a carefree and secure car ownership. In the unlikely event of customers requiring a part changed for their car, the company will give a lifetime warranty on the part. The warranty commences on the date of purchase of the part and will follow the combination of car and car owner. If the car has a new registered owner, the warranty will end.”
About The Initiative-
Under this initiative, definitely koi bhi manufacturing defect or damage Volvo khud repair yah fir if required replace karke dega without any charges. Other than this, part warranty under this scheme start hogi from the date of purchase of the part and applicable hogi until the registered car owner is changed.
Yeh scheme applicable nahi hogi on normal wear and tear of parts, consumables, batteries, accessories and software not associated with a hardware replacement. Parts jo replace honge under new car warranty or extended warranty or goodwill warranty cover nahi honge under this scheme.
