Mahindra Auto Sold 28,333 SUVs In December 2022 & Recorded A Sales Growth Of 62%-
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), one of India’s leading automotive companies, today announced that its overall auto sales for the month of December 2022 stood at 56,677 vehicles. Utility vehicle segment mein Mahindra and Mahindra ne sell kari 28,333 vehicles in the month of December 2022. Passenger vehicle segment mein jiss mein included hain UVs, cars and vans uss segment mein 28,445 vehicles sell kari gayi in the month of December 2022.
Exports ki agar baat kare toh, Mahindra ne export kari 3,100 vehicles in the month of December 2022, whereas commercial vehicle segment mein brand ne sell kari 20,080 vehicles in the month of December 2022.
Brand ki sales performance par, Veejay Nakra, President, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd. ka kehna kuch iss prakar tha:
“Continuing interest from our customers have led to strong demand across our portfolio in December 2022. We have seen growth of 61% in our Passenger Vehicles and a 45% overall growth. Due to continuing international disruptions and increasing coronavirus cases, we are keeping a close watch on the dynamic supply chain situation.”

Mahindra plan kar raha hain to launch the more affordable version of the Thar and yes this is not technically a new version of Mahindra Thar but a complete new variant addition in the existing Thar variants list. New variant of Mahindra Thar ko affordable banaya gaya hain by adding a smaller capacity diesel engine and a 4×2 drivetrain.
Abb agar baat kare new Thar 4×2 ki toh, yeh gaadi 1.5-litre diesel engine mein available karayi jayegi. With this engine option, only 6-speed manual transmission option diya jayega, as of now automatic transmission ka option on offer nahi rahega. Apart from the introduction of a smaller diesel engine, 4×2 drivetrain bhi abb Thar mein di jayegi and yes 4×2 hone ke bawajood rear wheel drive drivetrain hee on offer hogi which means not a hardcore off-roader but yes decently capable hogi yeh version of Mahindra Thar.
Exterior mein abb there’s 4×4 badging and apart from which as such no changes can be spotted, interior mein again just ek 4×4 gear lever ka removal dekhne ko milega. Gear lever remove hone ke baad uss spot par empty cubby space create ho chuki hain which can be used to keep phone like objects.
