Mahindra and Mahindra ne recently hee apni first all-electric vehicle launch kardi hain Indian market mein and it’s price range starts from Rs.15.99 lakh. New Mahindra XUV400 mein two battery packs on offer hain with two different capacities of chargers on offer.

With this launch, Mahindra ne ek major issue address kiya hain which is the issue of boot space and rear seat comfort, this issue has been addressed by increasing the length of the car to 4.2 meters. XUV300 sub-4-meter car hain but XUV400 would miss out on the sub-4-meter subsidy, and definitely pricing mein bhi effect dekhne ko mil sakta hain.

Mahindra XUV400 based hain on the same platform jiss par XUV300 develop kari gayi hain, toh aap kuch ussi prakar ka overall body design and stance notice kar payenge XUV400 ka.

There’s one more affordable variant of the new Mahindra XUV400 which gets the smaller battery capacity of 34.5 kWh, iss battery ke saath XUV400 ka yeh variant offer karta hain 375 km ki claimed range.

34.5 kWh battery pack ke saath 3.3 kW charger and 7.2 kW ka option milega whereas bigger battery size waale variant mein there’s only 7.2 kW ka charger offer kiya jayega. DC charger ke saath XUV400 ko 0-80% charge kiya jaa sakta hain within 50 minutes, additionally XUV400 ko charge kiya jaa sakta hain using any 16 amp plug point.

Mahindra XUV400 ki claimed top speed is around 160 kmph and even in the video it has been tried to clock the top speed at Mahindra’s test track. 0-100 kmph acceleration time ki agar baat kare toh XUV takes about 8.3 seconds to reach 100 kmph which is 0.7 seconds quicker than Nexon EV Max.
